2. Are your products 100% natural?
Yes! All Auxano Forever products are 100% natural and free from chemicals, parabens, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives. What you see on the label is exactly what you get — pure, raw goodness from nature.

3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our Shea Butter and Baobab Oil are gently moisturizing and free of synthetic fragrance. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a patch test 24-48 hours before full use, especially for babies or anyone with a diagnosed skin condition.

4. What is Shea Butter, and how is it made?
Shea Butter is a creamy fat extracted from the nuts of the Shea tree, native to West Africa. Ours is traditionally handcrafted by women's cooperatives in Ghana, using age-old methods that preserve its moisturising properties.

5. What are the benefits of using Shea Butter?

• Deeply moisturizes dry skin

• Rich, emollient texture many customers use as part of a daily moisturizing routine

6. Can I use Shea Butter on my face and hair?
Many customers use Shea Butter on the face. Because it is a rich, deeply emollient butter, we recommend a patch test first if you have oily or acne-prone skin. It also works well as a natural conditioner or leave-in treatment for dry or curly hair.

7. How do I apply Shea Butter?
Scoop a small amount and warm it between your hands. Apply directly to skin, hair, lips, or any dry area. For best results, use after bathing when your skin is still slightly damp.

8. What is the shelf life of Shea Butter?
Raw Shea Butter lasts up to 24 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. If the texture changes slightly over time, it’s still safe to use — that’s nature at work!

BAOBAB OIL

9. What is Baobab Oil?
Baobab Oil is a luxurious oil cold-pressed from the seeds of the African Baobab tree, also known as the “Tree of Life.” Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, D, E, and essential fatty acids, it's perfect for skin and hair rejuvenation.

10. What are the benefits of Baobab Oil?

• Traditionally used to condition dry scalp and hair

• Lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without clogging pores

• Many customers use it as part of a daily face or hair routine — patch test first if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin

11. How do I use Baobab Oil?
Apply 2–3 drops directly to your face, scalp, or skin and massage gently. It can also be mixed into your lotion, conditioner, or bath water for enhanced nourishment.

12. Is Baobab Oil suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Baobab Oil is lightweight and non-greasy, making it ideal for oily, dry, sensitive, or combination skin types.

13. Can Baobab Oil be used during pregnancy?
We don’t have clinical documentation to recommend specific use during pregnancy. As with any skincare product, please check with your doctor before using during pregnancy.

14. How should I store my Auxano Forever products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use clean, dry hands or tools when scooping Shea Butter or applying Baobab Oil to maintain product quality.

15. Do your containers use eco-friendly packaging?
Most of our containers are recyclable plastic or glass — check the base of the container for the recycling symbol.

SAFETY & ALLERGIES

16. Can I use these products on my baby?
We don’t have infant-safety documentation on file, so we recommend checking with your pediatrician before using any new product on a baby, especially one with a diagnosed skin condition.

17. Are there any known side effects?
Side effects are rare. However, individuals with nut allergies should consult a doctor before using Shea Butter, as it is derived from tree nuts. Always conduct a patch test on a small area of skin.

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the U.S., but are handcrafted and sourced from Ghana.
